If you choose to give us personal information or if we obtain information about you from your use of this website this, irrespective of format, will be held and processed in a way that is lawful, fair and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. It will only be used for the purposes for which you have provided this information.

We will hold all information about you securely, in accordance with our own internal security policy and UK law. We will not disclose such information to any third party except as expressly set out hereunder or as required by UK law, or for the purposes of UK statutory audit. We may also use your personal information for internal administration and analysis.

Unless we have your express consent, we will only disclose your data to third parties if this is required for the purposes of, but not limited to, contacting you and communicating with you. This is, of course, subject to the proviso that we may disclose your data to certain permitted third parties, such as our own professional advisers, who are bound by confidentiality.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. We will try to ensure that the Personal Information we hold about you is accurate and up-to-date. If you tell us that we are holding any inaccurate Personal Information about you, we will delete it or correct it promptly.

Due to the global nature of the internet, we may transfer your information internationally including to countries outwith the European Economic Area. Those countries may not have the laws which protect your personal information to the same level as in the UK , but we will obtain security undertakings from them.
